Vikram's son is a minor character in ZombiU, he is the child of Vikram and his unnamed wife.
He first appears on the stairs after Vikram points his gun at the player. He asks Vikram if he can come upstairs to see his mother, who is sick and requires antibiotics.
After the player retrieves the antibiotics and returns to the petrol station, a fully zombified Vikram is found feasting on his son's corpse. How Vikram became infected is unknown, though it likely had something to do with his wife's sickness. She likely was infected with the Blight as well.
If the player returns back to the petrol station after some time, the son's corpse will vanish, showing he may have transformed into an Infected.
